Refer a new client and receive $50 — ou $150 for a commercial contract. Your contact saves $20, and you follow everything live in your account.
The Y CLEAN Network — our referral program.
A code in your name, like YC-MARIE-4K7. Easy to remember, easy to say out loud. It never expires.
To a neighbour, a tenant, a client, a colleague. They enter it when booking — or scan your QR — and get $20 off on their first cleaning.
$50 as soon as your contact has completed and paid their second service. For a commercial contract, it is $150 after the 2e paid month. By Interac or as credit.
Because a client who comes back a second time is a real client. This rule lets us pay you $50 — et $150 for a commercial contract — instead of the $15 or $20 most programs offer. We would rather reward good referrals properly than sprinkle crumbs on trials that go nowhere.
after their 2e service complété et payé
after the 2e mois facturé et payé
A commercial contract is a commitment of several months, sometimes several years. That is why it is worth three times more than a residential referral. If you manage a building, you can refer both: your tenants for their homes, and the building itself for its common areas.
You do not need to be a Y CLEAN client to join.
Your tenants constantly ask you for recommendations. Every time you give ours, you get paid.
A spotless home before an open house, or a deep clean after closing. Your clients thank you, and you earn.
Hardware stores, rental agencies, daycares, clinics. Your clients have the same needs as ours — without you being a competitor.
You already like our service and people often ask who does your cleaning. It may as well earn you something.
You have a community on Instagram, TikTok or a blog? Post your code, your followers save $20, and you track your earnings live on your dashboard. A dedicated code, income that adds up.
You work with us? The Network is for you too. Every client who arrives through your code earns you money, on top of your pay. You are out in the field, you meet people every day — it is only fair that it counts.
You are the caretaker of a 60-unit building. Over a year, a dozen tenants ask you for a recommendation for a deep clean, an end-of-lease cleaning or regular upkeep.
You give out your code. Say that 8 of them réservent, et que 6 come back for a second service.
For putting a QR code in your lobby and giving a recommendation to people who were asking anyway. And your tenants each saved $20.
Most programs ask you to hand out your code and then just trust them. Not us.
Every Network member has access to their personal dashboard in their Y CLEAN account. You see, live:
| Person referred | Where they stand | Your reward |
|---|---|---|
| Jean T. | 2e service completed | $50 paid |
| Sophie R. | 1er service done | $50 coming |
| Marc D. | Booking made | — |
| Clinique Dubois COMMERCIAL | 2e month paid | 1$50 paid |
No grey areas, no mental arithmetic. You know exactly where each referral stands and what you are owed.
Two minutes to sign up. You receive your code by email the same day.

No. A caretaker, a broker or a shop owner can join the Network without ever having used our services. If you are already a client, your code appears directly in your account.
None. Five referrals or fifty, each is rewarded the same way. Your code does not expire.
Un commercial contract se facture au mois, pas au service. La récompense se débloque donc after the 2e month billed and paid — same logic as residential, adapted to how it is billed. Office, clinic, restaurant, shop, building, daycare: anything maintained under contract counts.
As soon as the person you referred has completed and paid their second service. Payments are grouped once a month — in the meantime you watch the amount build up in your dashboard.
Your choice. Interac e-Transfer, or credit applied to your own cleanings if you are a client. You can change your mind at any time.
It stays in your dashboard marked “in progress”. If the person comes back six months later for a second service, the reward unlocks then. Nothing is lost.
Yes, and that matters. They get $20 off on their first service. You are not selling them anything: you are doing them a favour.
