Painting and restoration in Montreal, Laval, North Shore and South Shore

Some marks no longer come off with cleaning. A damaged wall, a tired ceiling, flaking paint: we bring the surfaces back, then we clean.

We clean first. We paint when cleaning is no longer enough. Then we clean again.

Some stains and wear go beyond what cleaning can fix. Stained or damaged walls, tired ceilings, marks that will not lift, paint that needs refreshing: past a certain point, scrubbing harder changes nothing.

That is where we go further. We prepare the surfaces, the painting is carried out, then our team takes over again for the final cleaning. You get back a space that is ready to use, not a work site still waiting to be cleaned.

That is what separates us from a painting company: a painter repaints and leaves. Our goal remains the complete restoration of the space.

Not our cleaning staff — a licensed team

The painting is not carried out by our housekeeping staff. It is done by a team of experienced professional painters with the proper equipment, working with a contractor licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.

Our own staff step in before the work, to prepare and protect the space, and afterwards, for the full cleaning. Every stage is handled by the right people.

On request, we will share the contractor's details and licence number before the work begins.

Six jobs, from the simplest to the most complete

Touch-ups on walls and ceilings

A furniture mark, a chipped corner, a repair that still shows. We redo the area without repainting the whole room.

Refreshing a room or a whole unit

A bedroom, a living room, or the entire apartment. Walls, ceilings, or both.

Before moving in, after moving out

The unit is empty, which is the ideal moment. Paint then clean, ready to rent or to live in.

Restoring damaged walls

Holes, cracks, plaster to redo. We repair, we sand, we repaint.

After small jobs or renovations

The contractor has left, the finishing and the dust remain. We finish the job.

Preparation and full cleaning

Protecting the space and preparing the surfaces beforehand. Professional cleaning afterwards. Both are part of how we work.

Flat rates, not an hourly rate

What gets added: repairing holes and cracks from $75 · second coat +30% (dark colour, heavily stained wall) · trim and door frames $75 per door · stain-blocking primer +$150 per room (nicotine, water damage) · full cleaning after the work, priced from our cleaning rates.

Every unit is different: the condition of the surfaces, the ceiling height, the number of coats and the repairs all move the figure. These ranges give you an order of magnitude; the exact price comes with the written quote, once we have seen the space or your photos. Taxes extra.

One call instead of two

A building manager between two tenants usually calls one company to repaint, then another to clean. Two quotes, two schedules, two invoices, and nobody answering when the cleaning reveals a missed touch-up.

With us, it is a single request. Owners, building managers, real estate brokers, offices, clinics and stores: complete restoration is our job, not an add-on bolted onto something else.

Where we work

Montreal and all of Greater Montreal: Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Sainte-Julie, Repentigny, Terrebonne, Mascouche, Blainville, Boisbriand, Vaudreuil-Dorion and the surrounding area. If your city is not listed, just ask — we cover more ground than this list.

Painting and restoration

Is it your cleaners who do the painting?

No. The painting is carried out by a team of professional painters, working with a contractor holding an RBQ licence. Our cleaning staff prepare the space beforehand and handle the cleaning afterwards.

Does the room have to be emptied?

Not necessarily. We protect the furniture and the floors. An empty unit does cost less, though: there is nothing to move or cover, and the work goes faster. That is why the end of a lease is the ideal moment.

How long does it take?

Targeted touch-ups: half a day. A full room: one day. An entire 4½ with the ceilings: two to three days, drying time included. The final cleaning follows immediately.

Is the cleaning included?

The end-of-work cleaning — dust, residue, coverings removed — is part of how we work. A full deep clean of the whole unit is quoted separately, from our cleaning rates.

Can a nicotine stain or water damage be fixed?

Yes, but not with ordinary paint: it needs a stain-blocking primer, otherwise the mark bleeds back through within weeks. That is the $150 per room supplement listed above. We tell you before, not after.
