Client account data is kept as long as the account is active. After an account is closed, the data is deleted within 90 days, unless the law requires longer retention.

7. Electronic Signatures and Contracts

When you subscribe to a recurring service plan with a discount, our website collects and stores the following:

• Your electronic signature, captured via a digital canvas on our website
• The image of your signature in PNG format
• Data associated with the contract: full name, email address, selected plan, discount percentage, exact date and time of signature
• The unique contract number assigned (format YC-YYYY-XXXX)

This data is securely stored for the duration of the contract and for a period of 3 years after its expiration or cancellation, in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Your electronic signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature under Quebec's Act to establish a legal framework for information technology (LCCJTI).

8. Subcontractors and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in our operations:

• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — a French company compliant with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for sending transactional emails (booking confirmations, contracts, notifications) and SMS. The data transmitted to Brevo is limited to your name and email address, required for sending communications.
• Payment partners — for the secure processing of financial transactions.

We ensure that all our subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of personal information and comply with applicable laws.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following cases:

• With our employees and subcontractors for service delivery
• With Brevo for sending transactional emails and SMS
• With our payment processing partners
• When required by law or court order
• To protect our rights or safety
